How it works

  • All B vitamins. We have selected the optimal versions of B vitamins because we are big on B vitamins at Noggin TBP- these energy producing vitamins are essential to keeping our brains functioning. From contributing to cognitive processing and creation of neurotransmitters (chemicals that help brain cells communicate), to supporting mental health- B Vitamins are essential to keep the cogs turning. Our vitamin B12 methycobalamin, and vitamin B9 5MTHF (specially sourced form of vitamin B9) have been specially chosen for their ability to get work quickly. More on the beloved Bs
  • Phosphatidylcholine (PC) – contributes to brain cell structure which simply means they can function more efficiently. It also helps with production of acetylcholine (one of those neurotransmitters) which is essential for communication within brain cells
  • Vitamin D-the sunshine vitamin, helps with immune function and hormone production. We’re hearing lots about this right now in the media.
  • Antioxidants (another name for a class of molecules which clean up waste products as a result of normal cell functioning) such as Vitamin C (also an immune system helper) and Vitamin C which helps brain cells grow and communicate, and Glutathione- ‘the master anti oxidant’

*Adaptogens & Botanicals – Rhodiola, Ginseng, Rosemary, are natural ingredients shown to support brain function.

*Lions Mane Mushroom is a medicinal mushroom found to contain compounds which help stimulate the growth of brain cells as well as protect them from damage.
